You choose the photo, moment, memory, or dream. I choose the brushstrokes, one by one creating your everlasting artwork. My style focuses on true-to-life portraits and charming color combinations, with my personal painterly touch.

The step-by-step process starts in your head, with a unique vision, passes through my hands, one brushstroke at a time, and ends in your heart, when you receive your completed custom artwork.
You dream it up, you write it down.
Consider the collector – who the artwork is for… yourself, a family member, a friend, then imagine the moments, memories, or dreams that inspire the collector! Is it a favorite place? A special person? A favorite item? Dream it, then write it down on my inquiry form.
I review it, You’ll hear back from me (When spots open).
I take on a very limited number of commissioned works per year. I thoughtfully consider every request, and when spots become available, you’ll hear back from me if you’ve been selected for that round of commissions.
I send necessary info, You complete a quick questionnaire.
I guide you through the vision process, collecting your preferences, so we can begin our creative adventure together!
You schedule our call, I listen, inform, and record details.
Through my scheduler, you’ll pick your ideal date and time for a phone call. We’ll get to know one another, chat about the painting vision, answer questions, and move on feeling confident about the painting plan!
I send over your contract and invoice, you sign and send 25% deposit.
An important step that locks in our agreement and sets the painting plan in motion!
I paint, you revise, or approve!
Once completed, I share final photos of the work with you. Two rounds of revisions are included to ensure your vision has been properly executed. Once the painting sparks joy in your heart, you approve!
I prepare, and you receive your final artwork.
The approved artwork is photographed, varnished, and prepped for shipping or delivery. You receive it, and our creative journey comes to an beautiful end.
Typically, turnaround time from start to finish is 4-6 weeks.
Frequently Asked Questions
When do commissions open?
I makes spots available anytime the wedding painting season slows. Typically in the winter months. Occasionally a spot or two will open in the summer months. Join my email list to be the first to know when spots become available!
Can you combine several reference photos into one painting?
Absolutely. While some visions only require one image, others require several. Whether we’re combining family members, animals, locations, or a combination of them all into a composition, I’m happy to work with you to discover the potential for your painting.
